4 Rules for Weight Loss Success after Surgery

1. Eat protein first (eat slowly, take 1/2 hour to eat a meal)
2. Drink plenty of water (but not with a meal)
3. No snacking.
4. Exercise daily.

5. Do not use drinks containing carbonation nor caffeine (although, many people I know still drink a limited amount of caffeine. it is a diaretic, so it does not count as water intake).

Makes sense. How many times do I need to be told, and by how many people. LOL
